Performance Document Approval
Summary:
Both the manager and the employee gets the system message = "submit the evaluation for approval" when trying to complete the first approval task. We only want the employee to get this approval message.

Using customized security roles, and the performance document is configured so that after the employee completes the task to set goals, the employee submits first approval task for the manager to approve the performance document.
