Anyone have a Payroll Deduction ROTH IRA element setup in Oracle?
Summary:
The system seems to support Roth 401k but not Payroll Deduction Roth IRA. When we went live, our consultant inaccurately setup our ROTH IRA element with a secondary classification for ROTH 401k which by default defines different limits based on IRS, and now we need to fix it. However, based on an SR that I have open with Oracle Support, Oracle does not natively support ROTH IRA, but does support Roth 401k.
Has anyone setup a Payroll Deduction ROTH IRA element? If so, how did you define the limits, any custom formulas (Skip Rules, or otherwise) that you used?
