Is it possible to set up a Performance Document with Multiple Managers/Evaluators
My organization is looking to create an annual evaluation process for a select group of employees where there would be a need for two managers to perform evaluations for each worker. We currently have a pd flow set up where:
- The worker performs a self assessment
- The line manager performs an eval of the worker
- The worker provides final feedback and signature
We are looking to add a second manager evaluation of worker task but I haven't been able to figure out how to set that up as far as roles, flow, and sections. I thought I was getting close using the participant feedback functionality but then my participant role was not able to access the questionnaires that we use. Any suggestions are appreciated.
