Collapsing rules warning on ESS
Summary: How to suppress collapsing logic error on ESS
Content (required): When employee has a New Hire event in started status and enters to add new his contacts (Before you enroll --> People to cover) and clicks on continue, in the backend the add dependent,triggers but collapsing rules will void it making New hire the winning event.
However, on clicking continue button on the People to cover page, employee gets the below warning message. This is just a warning message and on clicking 'Continue' button again, employee is able to progress to 'Make changes' page to make enrollment changes. however, this is bad user experience. Is there a way we can suppress this message fromshowing up on ESS?
