Task owner (set up using AOR) unable to see task in their journey
Summary: We are creating an offboarding journey with many tasks and one of the task is to 'Return Laptop'. We have setup the task owner for this task using AOR =' IT Team'. And we have assigned this AOR to a couple of IT Team members who are responsible for allocation/deallocation of laptops. The task performer has been setup as the 'worker'. Our objective is that when the employee submits the task after filling in a few details, the IT Team gets notified , being the task owners, and can review the details submitted by the employee and take action.
