Why is the Onboarding Review Notification (Checklist) triggering early?

Summary:

The Onboarding checklist in Oracle is sending a system generated notification to managers who have employees approaching 5 months after their hire date. It is sending the notifications prior to the actual 5 months timeframe.

Content (required):

Onboarding checklist is sending an email notification to managers who have employees approaching 5 months after their hire date. This notification is prompting managers to complete an onboarding review for their employees.

Issue is that these notifications are generated earlier than the 5 months after hire date timeframe and is causing issues as the document to complete the onboarding review is not available to employees until after 5 months have elapsed. This was setup as per the eligibility requirements.
