Unable to Assign Journey except Direct Reports
Summary: No employee other than Direct report is appearing in the Person LOV while HR is trying to assign Journey.
Content (required): The HR users are unable to assign Journey to any employee in the org, as the People LOV doe not populate any person other than the Direct Reports of their own. The same HR user has access to view all the employees in the org. Also, the required Privileges for Journey (View Journeys, Manage Journey by HR) are assigned to them. The navigation they are following is: My Client Groups > Journey > Explore > Search the Journey > Assign Journey
