Performance Evaluation Completed date in UI and printed document

Is there a way other than OTBI reporting to show when the performance evaluation was completed?

We are wanting to know if there is a way to display when a performance review document is completed. The two places we are looking to display it are

1. On the the front end when you pull up the document

2. When you print the document.
