Hello all,
Our business our seeking a means to allow candidates submitted via ORC to access our environment for the purpose of completing pre-boarding tasks.
We are currently managing this process by doing the following:
1. Applicant applies, offer accepted, move to HR
2. HR agent updates user account details (username & email) with personal email
3. Candidate asked to use reset password process to create their own password
4. Candidate logs in to environment to complete pre-boarding tasks
5. HR agent changes account details (username & email) to work email address to allow for SSO on first day.
