Expense not calculating properly, picking a wrong figure.

Summary: We are using job level management to set up our expense policy perdiem rate. A rate was set and loaded via spreadsheet. Employees has been mapped with the job level management in Manage job. However, instead of 450, the rate is picking 100 for a particular employee.
