    can we restrict the users to add any time document

    Hello everyone,

    Can we restrict the users to add anytime document. Why because we have created four template and named it as Q1,Q2,Q3 and Q4 and for Q4 we have added ratings to the template. And here comes the requirement is can we restrict the user to add one more document especially for Q4 which is having rating. Because when user add one more document of Q4 it will affect calibration too. Is there any way to restrict it.
