Registration Number Not Populating in T4 End of Year Register

We have checked element which feeds the T4 52 Pension Adjustment, is having the default Registration Number, but it is not getting populated in Box 50 in T4.

Based on current analysis, this is specific to one element.

Anyone facing the similar scenario ?
