What are the options to data migrate open expense reports?

Summary:

Client has a number of expense reports which need to be migrated from their legacy application to Oracle Cloud Expenses. The reason for this data migration is the expense report lines have not been acquitted and/or audited. I expect the majority if not all of those expense reports are corporate credit card transactions. What are the options for the data migration of these expense reports?
