Where is the content for performance doc approval email picked from?

Summary:

Unable to customize notifications for performance document approval

Content (required):

When a performance document is submitted by manager, the approver (manager's manager) gets a notification for approval. The content of this notification are not matching with the contents in the BIP template at path Shared Folders -> Human Capital Management -> Workflow Notifications -> PerformanceApprovalNotificationsReport. This is not customized and so the folder Shared Folders -> Custom -> Human Capital Management -> Workflow Notifications is also blank.


Where is the content being picked up from in the email notification that is sent to approver (manager's manager) for performance document approval? Similar behaviour is observed for document rejection action as well.
