In an Inventory organization, we have requirement that item A,Item B, Item C needs to be planned through replenishment planning and item D,Item E,Item F needs to be planned through supply planning. We are generating the forecast for all the items (A,B,C,D,E,F) in a single demand plan.

Question: How can we segregate items between supply plan and replenishment plan when feed Demand plan to Replenishment plan and supply plan? i understand that replenishment plan considers only the items for which planning method is set as 'Replenishment planned'. so we are good on 'Replenishment plan' side but supply plan considers and plans 'Replenishment planning' items as well in addition to 'MRP/MPS planned items' . This way there is duplication of some of the items in supply plan.
