Organization and Position Competencies on Performance Review Document
Looking for a way to manage organizational competencies AND position competencies in the same review template?
Client has a set of core org competencies the entire company is rated on, as well as a section that is rated based on their position.
I add the org competencies as the first section:
Then I add the position competencies:
However, when I add the second competency section, the system flips the profile type of the first one to match the second one.
Then I get this error:
Aside from adding the org competencies to each position profile, is there anyway to get around this? Maybe there is an admin profile value that can be updated?
