Oracle Integration channel created in OFSC has a bug

We are trying to integrate OFSC with B2B through OIC channel. As soon as we create the OIC channel it shows 0% success rate even before we create a B2B channel in OFSC.

We also tried to create an OIC channel in OFSC by providing wrong credentials and then as well it is showing 0% success rate.

In both the cases it should have shown data transfer has not yet started.

Why is it showing as 0% success rate. And data transfer is also not happening between OFSC and OIC or B2B.
