Performance Evaluation Rating

Summary: Our Company uses a performance evaluation rating by number, example 5, 4, 3, 2, 1.

We would like to change it from number to letter grade, example 1 is IN=Improvement Needed, 2 is BE=Below Expectation, 3 is Meet Expectation=ME, 4 is Above Expectation=AE. If we can change it from number to letter grade, we would want to add in ratings of ME-, ME, ME+.
