Content (required): When using the compensation module for Rating Calibration process, in the Calibration compensation Plan, As per Oracle white paper 'Performance Rating Calibration in Oracle Cloud HCM' Line Manager can can review the rating distribution graph and adjust the ratings as required in the worksheet.

Is the Bell Curve Graph and Analytics in the compensation worksheet a standard feature or do we need do any configuration to achieve this.

In case, if the compensation module is not used, are the Graph and Analytics still available or do we need to create them.
