Email Dispatcher with Message Scenario

Summary:

Need to send a mail to bucket Dispatcher when Activity is Suspended.

Content (required):

We want to know what is the correct process to made this possible.

In the Message Scenario exists an option to send a Email to Recipient "Dispatcher"

But in the Create/Edit Resource screen can't set the email address when we select a Manager/Dispatcher Resource Type.

Does anyone know how to fix it or know of another possible solution?
