22A - add attachments after expense report approved and/or paid not sending notification to auditors
Summary: We are testing this functionality and are concerned that there is no notification to auditors to retrigger an audit.
Content (required): Release notes from 22A introduce new functionality where expense report submitters can add documents later in the process. Our expectation was that documents added after the export report has cleared the audit process should retrigger the audit process. The process Oracle is implementing in 22A is not compliant with our internal and government audit processes. Is this working as Oracle expects and are other Oracle customers concerned about audit processes?
Version (include the version you are using, if applicable): currently testing 22A, understand this function will no longer be opt-in as of 22C
