Need to Print Address on Employee Expense Check

We need to print and mail some checks to employees who do not have there banking information setup in Oracle.

Content (required):

We have some employees who are unwilling to setup their banking information for processing their expense reports. They want to be paid by check. We would like to have their address print on the check, but we do not know if this is possible or where we would set this up. Any direction would be appreciated.
