Rating Calibration
Summary:
We have a requirement for a client who has annual performance cycle of 4 weeks Sep-Oct. However, the rating calibration happens in August.
Content (required): We want to use Workforce Compensation module for calibration process. Since the annual appraisal has not been triggered, do we still need to attach a Performance Document and Template in the Compensation plan. If we leave the fields blank for Performance Document and Template, will it have any impact on the compensation worksheet.
In addition, we want to use Performance Rating scale in the Compensation plan as the same rating scale will be used in Annual Performance document. How can we specify this in absence of a performance document in the plan.
