Summary:

We want to send the Welcome Email to New Hires in their Personal Email address like Gmail.

Candidate will not login to Oracle. We just want them to see the welcome email in their Personal Email.

This can be achieved by Resource Alert, BIP Report and check list. We don't want any checklist task. We just want to send a Welcome Email to the New Hire personal Email Address
