How to exclude Amex late and delinquent fees from Fusion Oracle Expenses work area

I am wondering if there is a way we can stop Amex late and delinquent fees to show up in Oracle Expenses for employees

Late and delinquent fees are included in the daily Amex feed to our Oracle. According to our

company expense policy, employees are responsible to pay the fees directly to Amex.

With late and delinquent fees available in Oracle Expenses, some employees try to expense them. It increases audit work.

If we can stop late and delinquent fees to show up in Oracle Expenses for employees, employees have NO way to expense them. This will enforce the company expense policy and reduce audit work as well.
