Can the employee title on a created performance document be updated?
Summary:
Employee had incorrect title due to an integration error when the document was created. Performance process proceeded without correcting the issue. Worker document is now complete with ratings and comments from both worker and manager but with the incorrect tittle. Is it possible to update.
Content (required):
Worker was moved from one position to another, reporting to the same manager. This was entered as a transfer in our source system with the previous assignment becoming inactive. An unrelated primary assignment corruption in the workers historic data led to this change not being synched via HDL to Fusion Performance Management. Before the missing data was identified the workers performance document was created under the previous assignment. The data issue has been corrected and the worker is now up to date but the workers title is still wrong.
