Can PO receipts for expense items still be created without Self Service Procurement?
Would like to know if expense item receipts are dependent on implementing Self Service Procurement.
My client previously had Self Service Procurement in scope and we demonstrated the process of the requester raising a purchase requisition and then creating a goods receipt for expense items in Springboard > Procurement > My Receipts.
However, now that Self Service Procurement is not in scope, we are wondering if it's still possible to create expense item receipts with Oracle Purchasing Cloud implemented, and whether we can only rely on a 2-way match on the AP invoice?
