Which Life Event should we use to end date enrollments for plans in an unrestricted program
Summary:
The scenario is:
We need to end date and inactivate a few benefits plans that are a part of a Program which is enabled for Unrestricted enrollment. To end date the plans, we need to end date the enrollments for all employees/retirees for those few plans as the system will not allow us to end date the plans in which employees are still enrolled in. To achieve this, we have setup a No Longer Eligible eligibility profile for those plans. Now we need to setup a life event to run the participation process.
