Edit text on Evaluation information banner also overrides the new HR Information banner

Using page composer to edit text on the information banner on the performance evaluation pages also overrides the text on the HR Information banner on My Client Groups - Performance Documents.

In 22A, Oracle released a new HR Information banner at the top of searching in My Client Groups - Performance Documents. However, it is linked to the other information banner at the top of the performance evaluation pages for both employee self-evaluation and manager evaluation.

So when I used page composer to edit the text on the information banner for employees and managers on how to complete the performance evaluation, it also updated the text on the new HR Information banner. These are completely different areas of the system and should not be linked, and it should be simple to edit text on a page but Oracle makes it so clunky and difficult.
