Summary:

The day before trigger activates only on Activity Creation.

I made some tests and tried to send a notification to customer the activity day before, but it doesn't work.

I activated the "Enable day before trigger" option on Activity Type Configuration.


Also, i attach the configuration of the Message Scenario launch condition.


 Do I need some additional configuration to achieve this?
