Do we have a report/functionality to display the rate of an Employee based on their variable rate?

We are looking if we have a report/functionality where we can check the final rate of a plan for an Employee ?

Eg, if the variable rate is based on the age of the Employee. We need to see the rate the Employee will have to pay if he/she selects that plan.

Do we have any existing functionality or any custom reports to view this for employees without enrolling in Benefits?
