Probation Evaluation
Summary: Review Periods
Content (required): We have a requirement where Probation Period in the Org. is of 6 months and end of the 6th month, Probation Evaluation is performed. For the employees hired between Jan-July, they will create goals and be evaluated in the same year i.e. by December.
For the employees who are hired between Aug-Dec of a year, there Goal setting will fall in the same year but the Probation evaluation will happen next year.
How should I set review periods for Goal Plans and Performance documents to include the scenario of overlapping years.
