Correcting a date on a benefit plan
Summary:
I updated a benefit plan and accidentally used the "update" option instead of "correct" and it impacted the plan effective date. I have employees enrolled in the plan so I wondered what the best way would be to correct without impacting enrollments. The date changed to 02/25/22 and should be 01/01/22.
