Inability to copy Oracle provided HCM seeded alerts Message body

Summary:

Unable to copy / duplicate an existing alert for the Journeys tool. The Oracle provided message body for the seeded alert "ORA_CHK_TASK_ASSIGNED_CONSOLIDATED" throws error while saving the message body as below(Error Text).
