Where are people using anytime feedback, to write about themsleves?

Summary:

In anytime feedback, you are able to write feedback about yourself. Can i ask how organisations are using this?

Content (required):

Is it used as some sort of personal statement or career cover letter? Does it just sit on your feedback page and in your performance documents?

We are trying to promote anytime feedback, but, like most Oracle functionality, it is confusing to the end user.
