How to have unrestricted program eligibility re-evaluate automatically
Summary:
How to have unrestricted program eligibility re-evaluate automatically in production
Content (required): It was observed that though an employee had a data change and a corresponding life event was evaluated in the restricted program, corresponding eligibility recalculation did not occur under the unrestricted program. The expectation is that the employee drops eligibility under the unrestricted program due to this data change.
The employee has an active unrestricted benefit relationship and the program is setup as unrestricted. Therefore the expectation was that eligibility change would occur automatically daily. However, when we manually ran the unrestricted life event, the expected eligibility changes reflected.
