Deleting a draft job application

Unable to redraft a req since there's a draft job application attached to it

Content (required):

We have a draft job application against a req and are not able to redraft that req. As per Support, I can not only not redraft the req if there's a draft application, but cannot view or delete the draft application.

So basically we're stuck in a loop where we can't use the req anymore as certain details need to be changed in the req, but we'll never be able to change it till the draft application is deleted, something we don't have access to do ourselves.
