Is there a way to pick which notifications in the content library will get a CE HTML template?

Summary:

We've found that 2 of our candidate emails are often getting sent to junk mail - the Candidate Verification email particularly. Through testing we've found that turning off the HTML email template and adding the image as a jpeg file rather than URL prevents this from happening.

Can we pick which recruiting content library notifications are subject to the HTML email template within the same career site?

This would be ideal so we can exclude the email notification types with go to junk without having to manually add the jpeg image to all our notifications.
