Tabs/PanelTabs missing in structure config of My Team >> Evaluate Performance. How to add sub-tiles?

Navigate to Tools >> Structure. Expand on My Team and click on Evaluate performance. Here, how can we create Tabs and Panel tabs?

We are looking to have an experience where Manager goes to My Team and click on Evaluate Performance. This now results in another page with sub-tiles like -

a) Team Check-ins

b) Team Goals

c) Team Performance Review

d) Team feedbacks
