Manager cannot see Check-Ins that Employee has created

The employee has created 2 Check-Ins and the Manager cannot see either of these Check-Ins. We have the Manager Check-In privilege.

Content (required):

Have created a check-in template and the employee can add Check-Ins. The Manager can see that there is a Check-In created in the Performance Overview - however when they try to access the Employee's Check-In only the Review Period is displayed. I think we are missing a View Privilege on the Manager role but not sure what that is. Hoping someone can help? See attached.
