Approval configuration rule not work for some eployees and work for other.

Summary:

Hi,

I defined new approval configuration rules based on the PR amount for two employees in the same department,

1st Ruel:PR amount lessthan or equal 10000 USD

it will be approved by supervisor#1


2nd Ruel: PR amount between 10001 USD and 20000

Action 1) it will goto supervisor#1

Action2) it will goto Supervisor#2

but the second rule not works for one employee it stopped on supervisor#1

and works for the other employee,it goes to the second supervisor.


I do not know why it works for one employee and not working for the other one,Kindly advise?
