Is it possible to add pending workers to enroll in benefits?

Hi everyone,

I want to give access to pending workers to enroll in benefits before they are converted into employees. So , they do not have to do it on the date of hire. Case Scenario: Suppose the employee has some emergency so they cannot do it on hire date. So the situation will be his beneficiaries and percentage of allocation for those beneficiaries will already be in the system.
