Summary: Is it possible to re-send an RFI that is automated based on an action taking place?

Content: In ORC, when a candidate's offer is extended the candidate receives the offer via email. The candidate view the offer then clicks Accept and this triggers an RFI to then be sent to the candidate. The RFI contains a link back to the Candidate Experience site and asks the candidate to provide their Social Security number, and DOB.

Sometimes candidates accept their offer and never check for the second RFI email. Thus we have several candidates who do not provide the information needed. Is there a way to re-send an RFI?
