Hello

The AP Department wants to receive a FYI notification once the PO has been approved, hence I was wondering if you can share with me how to do it.

I was thinking in 2 options

Option 1

1. Post FYI rule setup and Task configuration setup.

- Using :Setup and Maintenance > Task Configuration

-- Select 'DocumentOpenFyi' task

-- Click on 'Assignees' Tab.

Option 2

Manage Purchasing Document Approvals>Postapproval FYI
