A BO within Catalog is missing after import and cannot be added to the Layout..

Content (required):

Catalog fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/accountCombinationsLOV/describe is imported successfully. When setting up a layout one of the BO's required is missing. See attached doc for more details.
