Does TRCS allow data loaded as Periodic-To-Date (PTD)

Based on my knowledge TRCS is a YTD application, where all data are loaded into "Periodic" View dimension which stores YTD data. Is there any chance we could load PTD data and have TRCS compute the YTD?
