Requisiton Workflow Archive and Purge

Summary:

We have a requirement from business to derive the cycle time of requisition workflow for each WF STAGE of requisition approval workflow. The STAGE column is available in the WF notification tables ( ex-FA_FUSION_SOAINFRA.WFTASK, column STAGE) and not in PR/PO action history table (PO_action_history).

We have gone thru few documents on WF archive and purge like

However the above document do not provide clear answer to some of our question as below:

1. How long the WF tasks are retained in the WF tables- 7 days or 30 days in PRD? Our understanding is that the 'Completed' (fully approved WF) Workflow tasks in WF tables (ex: FA_FUSION_SOAINFRA.WFTASK / FA_FUSION_SOAINFRA.WFTASKHISTORY) is retained for 7 days based on below query. After 7 days all the approved WF notifications are purged from these base tables? Is this correct understanding?
