Different Perf Goals (weighted and Non weighted) in same Performance Template

1. Can we have one (1) Year-End Performance process configuration such that some set of employees use weighted goals while others use non-weighted goals?

2. Can a Year-End Performance template or process be implemented such that we would have more than one templates/process?
