How to hide Benefits Program from Employee Self Service?

Summary:

I have a new requirement for a new Benefits Program using which only the Benefits Managers can make the enrollments. The new Benefits Program should not be visible to Employees from self service. Is there a configuration or way to hide it from Self Service?

There is already an existing Benefits Program for employee's enrollment, so cannot hide Benefits tile from Self Service.
