Summary:

After importing some plans and programs from TST to DEV some of the plans are showing an additional option.

This option is the same name as the plan with no rate.

I cannot seem to get rid of this option. I have tried re-saving it, validating it, nothing seems to get rid of "BRI Healthcare Account (FSA)" as an option.
